Arielle turned 1 and that also marked the end of my breastfeeding target.

Times flies, with that, we are ending another year. So my department decided to pull the whole company together to do a Christmas video to thank our clients, families and friends. We actually did a video for CNY but we did not use our own voices and so it couldn't be published due to copyright issues. I wish I could show it to you.

I would also like to take this time to thank all my colleagues, superiors, family and friends for all the joy, fun, support, love that you have given me.

Being the youngest in the company, my colleagues and superiors give me opportunities to excel through my 5 years with Abacus. When everyone speaks ill of me, they stand by me and speak for me. They love me dearly and care for me.

My family gives me unconditional love for the 25 years. My Mom used to scold me a lot when I was younger. My Mom and I had a lot alike so we don't see eye to eye on a lot of things. I wasn't an easy child to bring up. I talked back, I was rebellious. But my Mom was patient with me, we grew together. I now know how to control my emotions better and understand her. My Dad is the kindest man, anyone who met him would know. They tell me how warm and patient he is. (handsome also la papa!). Zonia always complain that Daddy loves me more but I'm sure it was because I gave them so many problems as I was growing up that they gave me more attention so I won't stray. I'm sure Daddy loves us both, just the same. Zonia, she's not just my baby sister. At times, she is my big sister, she's also my confidante and my best friend. We sleep together every night, no matter how many rooms we have and had in our houses. We would talk till we fall asleep at nights.

My friends, they are also the ones I've known the longest. We do not talk every day, but whenever we need one another, we can count that we will be there. And they were, with me, through thick and thin. I can't imagine life without them. I can't wait for our first trip to Seoul next year!! I also have friends whom I met in my later years. They assure and reassure me with; Who are you to judge the life I live, I know i'm not perfect. And I don't live to be. But before you start pointing fingers, make sure your fingers are clean. It's true when they say that Friendship isn't about who you know the longest, it's who came and never left your side.

I have been reading up on this topic and it's really sad and unfortunate that people pay to boost their follower count. A celebrity or blogger's brand value is measured by their social media imprint and they in turn use that to leverage endorsements.

Those who purchases fake accounts, please don’t be tempted to buy followers. They bring you no value and you will be caught out. You may receive the engagements you wanted but once you deliver, the results will tell.

My Grandfather having Extensive Aorta Tear just July last year that even a surgery would only have a 5% success rate. How our family wanted to let him go with as minimal pain as possible but ended up going ahead with the gamble. Just because of something Ah Gong said. He said "如果动手术会有5%机会，没有做就一定会死" (If I do the operation, I will have 5% chance, if I don't, I will die for sure).
