Finally at Tim Ho Wan for dim sum!! Couldn't make it a few times now but glad they held another one which time permitted! Yay!

FEAST begins!
Pork buns- S$4.50
The pork buns are enticing and here is why: the exterior is crumbly and fluffy and the inside — barbecued pork with oozing sauce — boasts a sweet-salty taste. The pork buns make up one-fourth of the Big 4 Heavenly Kings.
The remaining three, the Steamed Egg Cake, Vermicelli Roll with Pig’s Liver and Pan Fried Carrot Cake are also available at the local branch.
Vermicelli roll with pig’s liver- S$5.50
The vermicelli roll with pig’s liver is an interesting take on the traditional dish. The vermicelli roll has a velvety texture while the fresh pig’s liver lends a gamey flavour.
Steamed Egg Cake- S$3.80
The steamed egg cake (Ma Lai Gao!!!) is light and spongy, with a nice caramelised taste to boot. Zonia's must order every time she has dim sum! And Zonia loves it. The other place we love our Ma Lai Gao is at Old Hong Kong Legend!
Carrot Cake- S$4.50
Rounding out the line-up is the carrot cake. This is superb! I personally love this best. That is after the pork buns of course! The radish is really soft and practically melts in the mouth! Each bite is spiked with radish bits for that extra oomph!! A must order.

Other menu mainstays include the Steamed Chicken Feet with Black Bean Sauce, Steamed Pork Dumpling with Shrimp and many more.
Siew Mai- S$5.00
Vermicelli roll with shrimps- S$5.50
After trying the liver ones, you wouldn't like the shrimps one already. It's blender and just like the usual chee chong fun at regular dim sum restaurants.
Ha Gao- Steamed Prawn Dumplings- S$5.50
Deep-fried Beancurd Skin Roll with Shrimp- S$5.50
Beef Balls with beancurd skin- S$4.20
The people I ate with didn't enjoy the above meat balls because the texture is pretty unique. The beef was pounded till it's very soft and then rolled together and steamed. Not used to eating beef balls like such.
Glutinous Rice- S$5.00
This came a little too late when we were already pretty full. But it didn't stop me from getting a few mouth fulls of the glutinous rice because it's really soft and very very tasty! You got to order this okay? (:
Black bean pork ribs- S$4.20
Spring Roll with Shrimp and Egg White- S$4.20
The combination is really good. This is the first time I'm trying this combination and I like it!
Garlic, Mushrooms, Spinach Dumpling- S$3.80
Century Egg and Pork Congee
We didn't like the congee as much as the rest of the items because it was pretty blend though smooth. It isn't a popular item at Tim Ho Wan.

The dim sum at Tim Ho Wan are made using only fresh and premium quality ingredients. The dim sum are also delectably fresh as they are not pre-steamed and then reheated but made-to-order so as to retain the dim sum’s flavour and texture.
Special Worcestershire Sauce to dip all the fried food!
And guess what's our last dish which happens to be our first too! hahaha!
More pork buns!! The 5 of us ended the meal with another pork bun each and Tim Ho Wan was really kind to allow us to tabao some back for our families. Because of the popularity of the buns, each patron is only allowed to order 1 set of 3 buns.

This yam puree is watery but taste just the same! I still like my usual orh ni which is thicker hehe.
