Cooking with love on a Sunday

This is not the cleanest, but it was stir-fried with loads of garlic and very little oil. First meal prepared together with love just awhile ago! (:



We took the homemade noodles the family bought from Malaysia to prepare for this lunch. 

Prepared the ingredients for the noodles.
  • Prawns
  • Scallops
  • Vegetables
  • Noodles
  • Garlic

1) Sauté the minced garlic over high heat and add in scallops and king prawns with soy sauce.
2) Add half a cup of water. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes for the prawns and scallops to take in the flavors of the garlic and soy sauce. 
3) Prepare the noodles while the prawns and scallops are over the fire. Drain and refresh cooked noodles under cold water.
4) Toss the noodles into the wok of scallops and prawns and stir-fry till the noodles take the color of the gravy.
5) Blanch the greens.


It's really easy to prepare! You can choose your favorite type of noodles to prepare this meal! (: 

Tea break for Sunday was hot almond milk drink and some snacks from Taiwan! Big big fan of Almond milk!
