Yoga Journey

If you are following me on Instagram, you would have seen that I've been very active in yoga for the year. I started my first yoga session with Zonia in May 2013 and we have been addicted to it ever since.

Zonia and I started doing yoga because we wanted to keep fit, and tone up. We heard so much about yoga and thought we give it a try. We took up a 6 classes trial from a yoga school in town and because we enjoyed the classes and instructors so much, we decided to take up a one-year membership. We did not even shop around because we were satisfied and very comfortable with the school. There were many kinds of memberships at the school and we because we go to the school at least thrice a week, clocking about 6 hours a week, it was most cost effective to take up the unlimited membership. The classes worked out to S$10/ lesson thereabout.

From this month on, I would be sharing with you more about my Yoga Journey, what I've learnt, achieved at Sadhana Sanctuary! Also, I hope to be able to work out a special promotion code with Sadhana Sanctuary for the readers here! Let's all keep fit together!! (:

Hey you look really good! May I know besides yoga, what other activities do you do to keep fit? Also, is your diet as per normal or do you eat clean? ;)
