If you have read my post on Ahgong last month, you would have known that Ahgong was critically ill. But after 6 weeks in hospital, he's discharged, home and well!! (:

Really thankful that ahgong is recovered and home. The past 6 weeks where he was in icu and all was terrible for my family and I. Nothing is more important than health. So everyone, please take good care of your health. Eat healthily and exercise regularly.
