Was invited to Bliss House again, this time for the collaboration with Somersby Cider!! Bliss House is the perfect place for a refreshing drink. With the Garden theme, there's no better place you want to be on a sunny day out.

We started the event with mixing our own fruit drinks with Somersby cider. It's definitely my first time mixing my own drink so it was pretty exciting!!
Brunch was served, and every dish whipped out with Apple Cider too! How interesting? (:
Ploughman Salad
The only complain I have is the portion is too small, I want more of the Ploughman salad because it's so addictive. The perfect salad sure to get your approval; Bliss House has specially flown in fresh mesclun salad with tasty cheddar cheese, tangy cherry tomatoes, olive and Japanese cucumbers tossed lightly in refreshing Somersby Apple Cider Vinaigrette.
Indulge your senses- my favorite dish of all!!!
Nothing is a better representation of gastronomical indulgence than foie gras! Here, Bliss presents delicious pan-seared foie gras drizzled with Apple Cider reduction and lemon butter, served with puff pastry and arugula. I would return to Bliss just for this dish!
Pasta-Fantastica!
Take a bite out of this succulent pasta, mixed with assorted flavor-some greens and minced pork infused with Apple cider. With a hint of veal jus, this dish will quickly become your comfort food.
Three Little Pigs- cutest name ever lol!
The fairytale said that the big bad wolf got the 3 little pigs. But Bliss knows the story better. Taste the trio of pan roasted pork tenderloin with roasted capsicum, onion confit and prosciutto blanket asparagus with Somersby Apple cider sauce!!
How can brunch be complete without a dessert?
A Blissful Finish
You know I never enjoy desserts but I truly enjoyed my poached pear and ice cream!! A refreshing end to the meal, we each had a cup of poached pear in Somersby Apple cider topped with a single scoop of vanilla ice cream to sweeten our taste buds (:
And we left the restaurant, full and satisfied and all I had in mind was when will I be heading back with my friends and family for another great meal with Somersby Apple Cider!! (:
