Visting Korea, Day Three!

IMG_4313

First picture to start Day Three in Korea! That's a group shot of some of our top Travel Agencies clients in Singapore with Sui Hunn my General Manager and Melvin.

Feeling a little braver, I wore a spaghetti top and threw on a loud pink windbreaker from Uniqlo! Teehee.

Breakfast was at Momoyama, Lotte Hotel Seoul Main Building 38F. We can choose either porridge or rice. I love Japanese rice, so it's rice for me for breakfast lol.

So colorful! :D

There's even seaweed!
After breakfast, we hopped onto a bus for some shopping! It was an hour ride from our hotel to Paju Premium Outlets- here's where all the branded goods are at a big discounted price! :D

A breathtaking view of the mountains from Paju.

After an hour plus of shopping, we hopped back onto the bus to head for lunch! Lunch was at a very traditional Korean restaurant!

Eugene couldn't wake up so he met us only after shopping, right at the restaurant. He was really lucky to be able to find where we are cause the guide was saying it's tough place to find because there are so many alleys and usually taxi uncles don't know where to stop.

Hae Jeong Hospital. Why their hospitals so cute one!

Here we are! This was a very impromptu place to visit but the clients who are very familiar with Korea recommended us to visit this The Face Shop/ Nature Republic/ The Odbo factory outlet.

IMG_4394

Apparently The Odbo is very popular and you can only get it in Korea and only at this shop! Clients were raving how good the water based moisturizers are, and how their skin turned for the better and younger.

IMG_4391

It's buy 5 get 1 free and cost about $30 each. So Melvin got 3 for his wife and i got 3 for Mummy.

IMG_4392
The Face Shop face wash at just 3300won!

The ones in Singapore cost $9.90 each and this is just $3+ for a tube! Got some for my aunties! (:

IMG_4393
Melvin's and my basket of facial goods! (:

We also got a box of 100 Vitamin C facial masks to share between Eugene's and Melvin's wifes and me! So we each got about 30 pieces to bring home lolol! And they are less than a dollar each.

I am sorry i didn't manage to get the address of this place. But if you are there, you can ask the guides about this place and i'm sure they will know exactly where to take you!

After facial shopping, we were driven to Doota at Jangchungdan for apparels shopping.

Some of us didn't want to do shopping so we headed to the top level for some snacks. This is Red Mango at Doota, so pretty right!!!

So the group of us left with nothing and back to the hotel for some rest and some prepped for Gala Dinner. After the Gala Dinner, we met up for some drinks at Hongdae again! We love this place lol cause it's bustling with life!

With Eugene, Melvin and Dinesh!

IMG_4405

We ordered some beer packages which they have. So it was beers and snacks. They ran out of their local beers so it was some Heinekin! Boringgggg... I ate most of the snacks, there was grilled cutterfish and tacos. Anyway for drinking sessions, i'm usually there purely for bonding time.

Band doing music and earning some money, they were pretty good!

IMG_4415

Bar jumping! We went to another place about 15 minutes away. This place was much different from the first. It played old school music like Bee Gees, the kind Melvin loves. lol. We were there because Eugene thinks it's a Melvin kinda place.

IMG_4423

The store assistant handed us a book to pass around. We then wrote what we wanted.

IMG_4424
Here's mine lol!

I drew the bunnies which we bought at Dongdaemun because it will remind us, at least me, on our good, fun times in Korea! (:

I am the only girl in the clique after Jermaine decided to leave Abacus. It used to be the 4 of us it you remember. We are very close because we spend a lot of time together, we sat together in the office. Because we were the younger ones in the company, we hanged out a lot and had a lot to share. We talked about anything under the Sun.

We have almost no secrets. Even though Jermaine has left us in Abacus, she hasn't left our hearts. We still meet up, and talk over our Whatsapp chat which is still very active.

At every bonding session or company trips, one of the 3 of us would say how much we miss Jermaine and how much more fun we will have if she's around.

Many of you ask if i'm dating anyone of them. How do i put this. Some of you may have made good buddies ; guys or girls. from your school days, those CCAs/ projects.

We went through thick and thin together for work.
I love you Jermaine and the boys, just like how we love and treasure each other.
