We were led to our room very shortly and Zonia and I were both surprised that they have couple rooms now! The last place at beach road has only got single rooms (:

Treatment started with the LX7 Slender Legs or Tummy. Zonia and I chose to focus on our tummies lol . So we had these wrapped around our waist all the way till our lower hips! (:
There are also these tubes inserted into the wrap and it tightens and loosens. This process goes on for about 30 minutes before the therapists comes in again for a MLD session!
Also, if you may wonder what does LX7 do? It aids circulation in blood and lymph system and also in relaxation for the legs and tummy! Helps minimize water retention which is a very common problem in us these days.
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended by proponents to encourage the natural circulation of the lymph through the body.
The lymph system depends on intrinsic contractions of the smooth muscle cells in the walls of lymph vessels (peristalsis) and the movement of skeletal muscles to propel lymph through the vessels to lymph nodes and then beyond the lymph nodes to the lymph ducts which return lymph to the cardiovascular system.
Manual lymph drainage uses a specific amount of pressure (less than 9 ounces per square inch) and rhythmic circular movements to stimulate lymph flow.

This top is a stunner. It is of a color that the ladies in my family really love! I wore this manufactured top this evening and proved that it doesn't have to be worn corporate (over a black work skirt!)! Today's post is another collection with Covert Closet! The last launch brought us mainly office wear while this will bring us a little more casuals! (:
This pink dress is the first one i decided to bag the moment i put it on.
I'm sure you can see why I love it so much. It accentuates one's figure and the material is comfortable and i've to say it's stretchable so it can fit up to a UK 8 imo!
Another favorite is this little black dress.
