My company just finished this 3 days business boot camp; Transformational Leadership course, by Roger Konopasek. My nickname given by this trainer was Miss Bling 2011 cause of my nails, iPhone cover and accessories probably. lol!

It actually made me so depressed on the first day, i teared a couple of times when the trainer "humiliated" me. A couple were so affected, they didn't turn up the next day. Day 2 was so so much better cause we finally understood why he said such hurtful words. Day 3, was a breeze. We were all on fire and enthusiastic and with action plans, all have a better direction on how to improve our company.

We have got the backless dress that was so well received the last launch in navy now! I heard we have got cream coming up soon! Teehee! Another favorite to look out for is the shirts with a neck tie, again in more colors! You are sure to love the shorts with chain details which we paired the tops with! Last but not least, in this launch is my favorite envelope clutches! I have now 6 clutches teehee madness I know! :D
